More by chance than by option, I started working in Accountancy in 1998. Now I can say that I am very fortunate to have found my vocation without having to look too hard for it.
Ever since, I’ve been able to live different experiences and approaches regarding Accountancy practice in various business sectors. I’ve had the pleasure of working in such companies as Grupo Auchan, the previously known as BPI Leasing and lastly, an office of enterprises’ support.
Consequently, I found my way to Logosan, in 2008, where I discovered the incentive and support to further my knowledge by investing in vocational training.
I enrolled at ISCAL (Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa) and finished my degree in Accountancy, specifically the Tax Field. In 2012, I joined Ordem dos Técnicos Oficiais de Contas or CPA (currently known as Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados).
Despite the demanding character of this profession, I identify it as a passion of mine and find enjoyment in the constant reach towards meeting the continuous challenge.
Throughout this journey, I was fortunate to be able to not only witness but also proudly be a part of the growth of Logosan. I believe in the longevity of the company due to the dedication and effort in creating a strong team, the constant search for improvement. It’s this ambition to modernize and differentiate itself through care and proximity with the Client that makes the difference.
If things had been different, I probably would have become a psychologist because attempting to comprehend the human mind fascinates me.
Despite my love for Lisbon, place of my birth, if I could I would spend a significant part of my time traveling!
I can’t resist a good dish (sweet or savory) and can’t imagine living far from the sea for too long. I enjoy silence but music is one of my greatest passions. It is unquestionably my most faithful companion and the most valuable help when dealing with stress. One of these days, I will challenge myself to learn how to play my favorite instrument: the piano!
